One of the most important subjects a human being will study in school is physical education. There may be none more important in the grand scheme of life. But today’s physical education can’t simply be “roll out the ball” mentality, but rather a high quality national standard supported program that seeks to guide children toward a life-long passion for making healthy choices. In high quality programs, children develop the skills, concepts and values needed to succeed and live a happy healthy life. Regular physical activity has been proven time and time again to help prevent major disease and promote learning, reduce stress, anxiety and depression and improve overall wellness.
