3 Hours Non-Degree Graduate Credit

This year's annual conference will no longer be at the Charleston Marriott Town Center, October 15 & 16, 2020.  For the safety of everyone, this year's conference will be a virtual event. Registration will be open by August 1, 2020.  The last day to register will be September 30, 2020.  Registrants will be able to access the prerecorded virtual conference sessions and have access to presenter provided resources from October 15, 2020 - November 15, 2020. Access will be closed after November 15, 2020.



 Non-degree graduate credit is available to registrants who sign up, pay, and complete Concord University's requirements by the deadlines provided. You will be registering and paying Concord University directly.  While you will get the details through this website, you will not be registering, paying, and turning in assignments to this website/WVAHPERD.  The 2020 non-degree graduate credit cost is $99. Credit card and purchase orders will be accepted.  Purchase orders registrants will fill out a different form than those paying by credit card.

Non-members can submit a presentation too!  Just create a free account to submit your proposal!  Members will login to their account after clicking on the form link above. For the virtual conference you can submit a lecture or activity session.  These sessions will be prerecorded.  These prerecordings, along with presenter resources will be posted to our virtual conference platform.  Registrants will be required to log in to "attend" sessions anytime between October 15 - November 15, 2020.  WVAHPERD is looking to for sessions relating to the successful re-entry of HPE/PA & supporting the profession in the future. September 1, 2020 is the deadline to submit a completed proposal form that includes the video for your session and any accompanying materials.  Alternatively you can submit your video and materials (with your name and session title labeled) to our Dropbox account (you still have to complete a proposal if you upload with Dropbox).
