Reminder

Convention planning will be on Feb. 15, 2008 PM  at Flatwoods, WV.Dinner will be at 6:00 in the Visions restaurant, followed by an orientation for new members of the Board and RA. A board meeting will follow the orientation and convention planning will follow the Board meeting. All members need to attend and bring proposals for the 2008 convention with them. Jaylen needs a rooming list for Friday night if you plan to stay. Remember WVAHPERD pays for 1/2 of the room for 1 person or all of it for two.

WVAHPERD will pay for the room with 2 people in it and 1/2 for 1 person. Jaylen Turner, convention manager, needs a rooming list from all Board of Directors and Representative Assembly and Section Chairs ASAP.  Please contact Jaylen at: Jaylent712@aol.com with such information.
